You don't need to prepare anything. You don't need to have your thoughts organized or know what you want to work on. Most people show up a little nervous and not sure where to start. That's fine. That's normal.
We'll talk. I'll ask some questions, not the intake-form kind, but real ones about your life and what brought you here now rather than six months ago or six months from now. I'll pay attention to what you say, but also to how you say it. Sometimes what matters most isn't in the content, it's in what you skip over or circle back to without realizing it.
By the end of the session, you'll have a feel for how I think and whether this is the kind of conversation that could be useful. Some people know right away. Some people need to sit with it. Either is fine.
Before scheduling a first session, I offer a 15-minute call. It is not therapy and it is not a sales pitch. A brief conversation to see if this feels like the right fit for you. Not therapy, not a sales pitch.
All sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant encrypted video, with flexible scheduling across time zones.
