My therapeutic approach draws on psychodynamic and relational perspectives, informed by social psychology and years of studying how identity, culture, and context shape the patterns people get stuck in. My years of personal therapy have shaped my work more than any formal training. I believe a therapist can only take clients as far as they've gone themselves.

Who I Work With

I work with English-speaking adults worldwide, individuals and couples, via secure video call. Many of my clients are expats, international professionals, or people in cross-cultural relationships. Others simply prefer working with a therapist in English, or are looking for a different kind of therapeutic experience. One focused on real understanding and lasting change.

Practice Framework

I am based in Europe and operate as an independent practitioner offering online therapy services internationally. Sessions are conducted in English via encrypted video platforms. I hold master's-level training in counseling and operate within the scope of that training.

I do not provide psychiatric care, psychological assessment, emergency services, or crisis intervention. If you have questions about my qualifications or how my practice is structured, I'm happy to discuss this before you book a session.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted via secure, encrypted video call. I do not record sessions. Session notes are stored securely and are not shared with third parties. I take privacy seriously, especially given that many clients are professionals in visible roles or living in close-knit expat communities where discretion matters.

I provide detailed receipts for clients seeking insurance reimbursement. These contain only the minimum information required by insurers.
