If You’re Not Sure Whether You’re in Crisis

Sometimes it’s hard to tell whether what you’re experiencing is a crisis or something you can bring to our work together. A rough guide: if you are in physical danger, actively considering harming yourself or someone else, or unable to manage basic daily tasks like eating, sleeping, or leaving the house, please contact a crisis resource first. We can always continue our work once you have the immediate support you need.

If you’re not sure, you’re welcome to email me and I’ll help you figure out what kind of support makes sense right now.
